I find this title really intriguing.

It's being billed by Nintendo and the developers as more of an experience than a game. More akin to a "toy" or just something to do with no real story or pre-conceived point. Strange, unique and as I metioned, intriguing to me at least. The visual style alone is bizarre, and I must say I'd really like to have a go with this anti-game

Sounds interesting to me. I really enjoy strange-ass-off-the-wall games. I think more companies should take risks and make off-beat games, like this or Mercury for the PSP.

I want more of segas odd stuff too. I don't care which console its for I just want some new stuff. Somthing thats not RPG, FPS, DRIVING, or sports.

It's an excellent "chill out" tool... just sit back and play with the plankton to create some aural stimulation. My copy arrived yesterday, spent a good hour just mucking about with them and not even trying to compose something musical

This game is not only made but the same guy as Sim Tunes, but it's also very similar, except it had musical bugs instead of musical plankton.

I hope it gets released in my country...

Amen. That's what's got me so interested in this title. It looks like the biggest genre-buster I've ever seen.

Glad to hear that players are finding it to be engaging. I don't want to have to import it though and I fear that like most, this quirky title may stay in Japan

As of right now, the game(?) is only scheduled for Japan. A bunch of people have been writing to Nintendo to see if it may come over here, but so far the response is "not at this time, if you like music Jam with the Band is coming".

 

Maybe E3 will have some type of announcement, but it seems doubtful for now...

Anyone know if it has a lot of text. If not I woudn't mind importing it. But I would hate to get it and be stuck becasue of translation issues.
