I did notice that on page 9 of the Let's see your gameroom thread a few images escaped the thumbnail treatment and are still stretching out the forums. It shows the same in IE and Safari. Albert #2 Posted April 14, 2005 Those are images that the user directly linked to from an external site. Only attachments get the thumbnail treatment--not really much you can do about externally linked images, those would have to be processed on the fly and that doesn't sound like a trivial thing to do. So people can still insert large images into a thread, but at least only those posts with the large images embedded in them will be affected (as you can see from the thread you linked to). That's a huge improvement over phpBB. This forum software also breaks apart long URLs, so those also will no longer cause a wide page. ..Al Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
