You get jacked on the shipping when you buy just one.

keilbaca #6 Posted April 19, 2005 If you buy MCM's connector then it stops working after the first few weeks or so, then you had the same problem I did. I was messing with mine just now, and this goes for all of you too that has this connector. If you have the blinking problem again after replacing the connector, just don't press the game down. I was just messing with things, and when the game was down, it would blink or graphic glitch, but when I just left it up, it worked perfect.
Dones #7 Posted April 19, 2005 I don't consider that to be a problem really. The new connectors are tighter than the original Nintendo used on their units. I had seen that happen in ebay connectors too.
keilbaca #8 Posted April 20, 2005 Ebay connectors are MCM connectors. That's where I got mine from. It really isn't a problem, but its hella fraustrating when it just stops working when it usually did. Just a fair warning though.

Just a fair warning though. 840346[/snapback] I don't think all ebay connectors are MCM connectors. MCM connectors are not only shinkwrapped but have a huge rectangular sticker on it. It don't think a seller would go through the trouble of removing that label and rewrapping it. Also MCM only sells plain silver connectors. In ebay you can find silver, gold plated and refurbished. Still you might be right about some sellers using MCM parts. Anyway I see your point. You think replacing the connector will fix the blinking problem while it only blows it away until the new part wears off. Wish you had as good a experience with MCM as I have though. AFAIK they are the only place where you can find SNES replacement connectors.

Turns out i wasn't the only one, a friend also does the same thing, and it works perfectly every time.
