yep this dude was quite an a hole. He also Didn't take heed to several emails that said i gave him the wrong zip code and he sent it to my old town. Then three weeks later when i finally got it i found out that he didn't send the power supply.

just thinking about it pisses me off even more but i finally got everything and at least it works

Normally, the joystick rubber things are attached by a plastic ring that snaps down into the joystick. Maybe they are still there and the rubber boots have just been pulled out from under them. If that's the case all you got to do is pry around where the stick goes into the base and you will be able to pull out the ring, then you just pull the boot down and then snap the ring back in, even a part of the ring will work..

Does this make any sense?? :-) If you need some help, maybe I can draw a picture or something.. Or perhaps you've allready tried this.
