I got mine with a megaman mod, no lights or anything, but it looks alright. http://premium1.uploadit.org/keilbaca/NES.JPG

Radio F Software #4 Posted April 27, 2005 I remember when I saw that on eBay, were you the wining bidder or did you make your own?
keilbaca #5 Posted April 27, 2005 (edited) I was the winning bidder, I don't have that kind of patience lol. However, I can guess how he did it. He put tape over the controllers, like the labels, then painted the outside. However, I did do my own mod to it. I overclocked it Activated by a switch, one way default speed, other way, OC. Radio F Software #6 Posted April 27, 2005 I've been meaning to blow some spare time by painting or modding systems. A local thrift store I was at today had a Genny with no hookups for 2 bucks... 1 buck today though, it was their 1/2 off day. I didnt have any money on me at the time . Sounds like a fun project though, looked like it brought in a decent amount of profit on a good paint job. I just wasted about 10 minutes of my time a second ago on making some dragon that looks like his head turns and follows you around when you walk... coulda started paintin that Genny instead, I'll get it tomorrow. How much was that NES if you don't mind me asking?
Dones #7 Posted April 27, 2005 Here is a photo of my old snes. I painted it silver a few years ago (it was all yellowy before). The pic doesn't do it justice but the finish is a bit shinier.
Radio F Software #8 Posted April 27, 2005 That's awesome dude, it almost looks like a "special edition" release! ...I bet you could pass it off as one...
Dones #9 Posted April 27, 2005 LOL how about I put it up on ebay saying that it's haunted? If it worked before for the new york guy with the "haunted NES" it might as well work for me!

I didn't care at the time, I'm a huge megaman fan, and I wanted a project NES
