Hong Kong and Taiwan ATARI Paddles

Is there any difference between these ATARI Paddles :

 

 

and these paddles :

 

 

The first is "made in Taiwan", the other one made in Hong Kong

 

The Hong Kong paddles look slightly different and seem to weigh less.I wonder if they were part of some compilation.

 

Technically, both sets of paddles are identical.

The Hong Kong paddles are PAL?

 

Buuuut anyway. There may be a difference in the construction of the pot. I've run across at least 4 or 5 different pots. There's barely any difference between them, primarily just the way they're constructed.
