is there anyway to remove this

i havent looked at ebay in a few months and they added something else annoying

the right hand side of My Ebay they have that stupid yellow box that says blah blah blah dont show me this again, but it keeps comming back every visit to my ebay

 

my question, is there anyway to remove that whole action column or that damn box?

That might have something to do with your browser or the settings on your computer. Check to make sure you don't have help bubbles enabled. I have never seen that on Ebay.
