WTB: X360 E3 and Promo items wanted..

Good luck Clint. I have been watching eBay auctions for those items, about $150 for the X360 limited edition E3 face plate. I might have to start attending those shows just for the free stuff!

Yea... the E3 faceplates are going for a ridiculous rate IMO... then again... they could very well increase in value (not a good thing really) as it would just make it harder to collect.

 

There's going to be so many friggin faceplates though once the thing is released it will be unreal.

 

I should have got off my lazy ass and went to barnes and noble to pick up TIME when they had the one with Bill Gate on it but I didn't get around to it...

What issue/month was it. I work in a K-12 school and can look since we usually get tons of copies of those magazines for classes.

(Since I don't really read Time I didn't know it was like a weekly thing so going into Barnes and Noble didn't get me anywhere on that one)

 

I did however pick up Gameinformer (has quite a healty bit of content on the 360..) the newest Edge magazine with a gold cover (Zelda themed) but stated it was 360 Exclusive.. (which the first 4-6 pages was pretty nice span of info and pics! and then I got the Wired mag with Allard levitating in air alongside the 360...

 

And now I must go off and read a book Allard makes every person that works for him read! (because I really should be working with this guy ) (meh! i can dream right?)

 

The latest XBN didn't look to have any 360 coverage on it so I don't know if it's just an older one or what? Can anyone confirm any 360 info in it? I thought the newest ones on the stands were supposed to have a pic of the 360 on it but I find it odd that the XBN magazine didn't have that promoting it so I'm guessing it's an older issue?

XBN is dead. Died couple issues ago and I believe before any public information was made available about the 360. I guess couldn't compete with OXM.

 

Will see what I can find for the Time Magazine.

Corey... with you saying XBN being dead... I'm starting to wonder if it actually wasn't OXM (I could easily get the 2 confused being 3 letter mags and all ) I didn't really pay that much attention I guess...

Awesome... ok I have the Time Magazine in hand! (Thanks Corey!)

 

I also got this months Game Informer with more 360 coverage (I even did some reading into the PS3 as well... I still can't believe how respectul MS have been towards Sony in public).

 

Also picked up the last 2 OXMs and I have a 96page exclusive 360 magaizne plus e3 bag on the way in the mail.
