After blowing it up it looks like a jr w/ 2 joysticks and something else but there are only 40 games pictured.

 

How do you take a picture this small? My cell phone outputs bigger pictures than this even at it's smallest. I can't imagine a camera that would do this. The only way I could think of was that he took the picture on his cell phone and didn't want to pay the transfer fees so he then put the cell phone on his really old scanner and cropped the edges.
