Fortunately, AtariAge's 2600 Rarity Guide covers both: Smurf: Rescue in Gargamel's Castle Smurfs Save the Day Note that the Rarity Guide uses the plural “Smurfs” in the title of the first game; so far as I know, only the singular is used on the game's packaging, label, and manual.
