Mountain King #4 Posted February 17, 2002 I grew up sort of poor so when I got my Atari for Christmas it was the greatest thing in the world and I never got rid of it. You could say I'm still buying games. I did stop briefly when Nintendo came out, but I never had the same memories I did with the Atari.
liveinabin #5 Posted February 17, 2002 I never had (or played) an Atari as a kid, (I had home computers in the early 80s) so all of the enjoyment I get from it derives from 1)Memories of the original arcade games and 2)because Ataris are so damn great anyway. King Atari #8 Posted February 18, 2002 When I was young I traded my all black 2600 to the kid down the street for a load of figures and such, but bought it back a few days later for about $6. Although I hate remembering this, I'm grateful that I got it back.
