Because its 'rare'. TLoZ:OoT/OoTMQ (the auction) was only given out if did a pre-order on TLoZ:WW. Also being 'rare' is the TLoZ: Collector's Edition, it was given with a year to Nintendo Power (and maybe some other ways also).

 

It is not rare, and I don't think it is worth what people are paying for it. I remember a friend selling both discs when they first came out and made some nice $$. In other words, people are stupid.
