Colecovision pal game ?

Does anybody know if there would be any problems playing a pal game on the colecovision on a ntsc television in the US?Any help would be appreciated.I want to order a few games I really want to play from telegames but not if there not going to work correctly.

No probelm playing a PAL game on a NTSC CV. Unlike teh Atari 2600, the units were PAL and the games weren't written any differently as far as I know. I have several Eurpean CV games and they run just fine.

But on a somewhat related note, a couple months ago I purchased a Colecovision on ebay that turned out to be CBS Colecovision.

 

I expected it would be PAL because I thought CBS Consoles were only released in Europe, and I would expect the PAL consoles wouldn't work in North America. But when I got it I tested it and it works great. Best of all my Colecovision consoles in fact.

 

Can anybody shed any light on this?

I have a couple CBS CVs. They were sold extensively in Canada and in fact, I saw them in KB Toys duriing the crash.
