put a rom into iso...is it possible?

with all the homebrews games existing...I was wondering if it was possible to put/transform a rom into iso to burn on a cd and so be able to play on the Jaguar console via the cd player....

Homemade binaries: Yes (if upl addr=$4000 or so)

Ripped Cart roms: No (since upl addr=$800000)

 

but beware of homebrew "copyrights" ...if the maker of the binary doesnt want it to be sold or so...

There wont be any problem of copyright, i am not planning to do that to sell the CDs but just for me personally, for being able to use the homebrews on the original console...but now the tricky question....how do you do it/
