Mindfield #2 Posted June 19, 2005 Mmm. Video Toaster. Nice hardware. Good luck with it -- looks like a very nice setup indeed.

Trip_Cannon #4 Posted June 19, 2005 I would of killed for that setup 12 years ago!!!!!!! 877120[/snapback] I know what you mean. This is the same setup that the SFX dudes used for Star Trek: TNG and Babylon 5. The total retail value of this machine is somewhere in the vacinity of $11,000!!! For those who are still into brodcast quality editing, this machine edits uncompressed video which most consumer and prosumer machines today still don't do. And it renders suprisingly fast even by today's standards. As I mentioned in the auction I'm not much of an Amiga user. I can use the software as it's very intuitive and user friendly but I know nothing about the hardware. I wish I did and had the connections because it could still be a very usable video editing computer overall.
yuppicide #5 Posted June 20, 2005 Man, I remember Video Toaster back in the day. I wanted it so bad, but it was so expensive. Sweet setup there.
