Actually the feedback isn't as bad as it looks. 2 Negs, and one was a BS retaliatory neg by a skank seller that didnt have the courtesy to give the guy his deserved positive when he paid. The guy made a comment in the feedback that the seller didnt like, and the seller negged him. I really hate pricks like that.

The other neg is questionable.

 

Nevertheless...I wouldnt touch it either. That's too much for one rare game IMO (well2 if you count Master Builder)

Ditto on that thought. I saw it when he had a BIN for $289.. I asked if he would take $145 for it, and he dropped the BIN to $219... too rich for my blood, even with a rarity 10 cart in there... <*sigh*>

I guess this is a decent deal. I got my MM for $50 about 2 years ago so it's not as good to me.
