Does anybody know if SQ:Fireworld had a late 80's re-release label like SQ:Earthworld did?

To my knowledge, neither of them had re-releases. They were one time contests, with each sequel being the next step in the contest. Any ones left in the late eighties were probably overstock. I could be wrong, but I've never seen a re-release label variant.

Earthworld had a gray re-release - I have it! It has the Swordquest logo on the main label instead of just plain text.

I was just curious if Fireworld also had one. I knew about Earthworld, but have never seen a Fireworld re-release.

The big list of label variations lists a 1987 version of Earthworld:

There is no listing for a re-release of Fireworld and I have not seen one...yet. Here is an old thread were I posted a pic of the 1986 Earthworld with box:

Yup, that pic is the Earthworld I have.

 

The big list is far from complete, so I don't trust that there isn't a Fireworld re-release just because it's not listed there.

 

I learned of the Earthworld version from here and they don't mention Fireworld, but I guess you never know.

I still need that variation if anyone sees one for sale. All this time I thought that logo was on the end label, not the main...
