Wanted: Megaman wiley wars- Genesis

Let me guys if you have this game and wanna sell it. I know it's kind of a rare one, but I would like to, one day, legally own it.

I would venture to say you'd have better luck finding Rockman MegaWorld. Same exact game, only in japanese. Upside is, the JAP version is NTSC, so there shouldn't be any display issues.

A converter is still needed to run the Japanese release on a US system.

 

Try to score one on Ebay- not so common advice as you might initially think. Complete copies of the PAL game have dropped in price since someone in Italy dumped nearly 2 dozen new copies with low BINs there a few months back. Amusingly enough one auction with a photocopied manual sold for more than an obvious resale from the new stock that was sold earlier.

I use to own a multi game hunter, it would fit on top of my Genesis, and the top allowed Jap & US carts to fit. They always played too. I think a Game Genie could be used in a pinch, or whatever that other cheat device is called that sits on top that your carts stick into.

Wily Wars and Rockman Megaworld have region lockout embedded in the software so the shape of the cart isn't the only hurdle to get over. Which is why those Mega Keys have dip switches and so on to change the country mode- I believe with the Game Genie you have to use game specific codes to defeat the region lock.
