A8 games with extros ?!?

Hello folks,

there are quite many A8 games with graphical intros - but which A8 games do also have graphical extros ?!? I remember Spy vs. Spy parts 1, 2 and 3 (as well as the PD clone Double Agents from Page 6). Do you know of any other A8 game(s) with extro(s) ?!? If you do, please describe it to us... -Andreas.

Drol for sure. Maybe Karateka? Tusker by Mirage Software has one as well but the scene was ripped from a C64 game! Crap title anyway...

by the way...

it's a pity Atari 8-bit game "DRACONUS" is 'cut' or 'crippled' in comparison with C64's version (no animated finish sequence where the hero sits on the throne)...

Quite a few games had text extras that functioned as clues to concurrent contests. "Bristles", "Pogo Joe", and "The Asylum" come to mind, but I'm sure there were others.

Other games with gfx bonuses:

 

"Barnyard Blaster"

"Jurassic Park 2"

 

many of DataSoft's arcade ports contain the original arcade bonuses, ie. "Mr. Do!", "Pac-Man"

I know that they are not exactly "extros", but two ends I loved:

At the end of Heartache or Heatrbreak there is an animation of Andy and Lisa passing the heart to each other :-) or at least i think i left it in there. Think there was a cheat key too but can not remember it lol

Schreckenstein also had a nice ending with some additional text.

 

I always prefered to play games with an actual ending rather then arcade games with the only goal to achieve more and more points. No doubt, both systems do have their advantages but having a nice extro is it really worth to play and finalize a game!!

Drol had a cool intermission as well.
