Does anybody know this ebay-seller ?

I bought a lot of 126 ATARI 2600 games from the seller "ticker.picker" , Darrel Lakins in Canada in May, paid with paypal, but did not receive anything yet.

 

He doesn't respond to my emails, but it last activity was giving some feedback to other buyers on June 2nd.No auctions since May.

 

I did already contact ebay, because I think he did not send the package at all.

 

Does anybody know this ebay Seller ?

 

I mean overseas packages can take some time, but it's over 6 weeks now and because the seller does not react, I fear the worst.

I won a Gas Hog from him back on the 14th of May. Got it close over weeks later -- which is a bit late considering he's in the same province as me. (Should've taken a week at best). I too sent him an E-Mail regarding its shipment status and he got back to me on the 28th stating that it was shipped "i week ago today" (the 18th).

 

Given that, and the fact that you're in Germany in all probability he sent it International Surface Mail (which for 126 carts would be fairly expensive -- like C$60-80) which can probably take 6-8 weeks.

I got a note from German customs today, seems that they have the package and they are responsible for the delay.

That would make sense. At least they send you a note -- if Canada Customs has a package in their possession and it is delayed for any reason I won't know about it until it's released and at my post office. :-P
