Sales Figures for Classic Systems?

Does anyone know the sales figures (mainly in the U.S., but global is interesting to llok at also) for pre-NES systems? I know the numbers may or not be reliable, but I would like to know how various systems sold in comparison to each other. I have an Electronic Fun (April 1983) and it seems to imply that #1 at the time was the 2600 with #2 being the Intellivision, but that Colecovision was in the process of overtaking the #2 position and that the Atari 5200 was not far behind.

 

How well did minor systems like the Odyssey2 and the BallyAstrocade sell? It is interesting because I believe the TI-99 sold over a million units and I bet this was better than many of the minor consoles. I'm sure there are some old threads on this, but the search just doesn't work well.
