orangest #1 Posted July 8, 2005 (edited) this is a copy of armor ambush i found a while ago... i seem to have a vague memory of reading something to the effect that a green sticker may signify something particular about the cart. whether or not that's true, or i'm just wishfully thinking, i really don't know. i just know i remembered the green sticker thing when i saw the cart, which is why i picked it up. anyone familiar with what i'm talking about, or am i just (likely) completely off track? thanks. edit: sorry, forgot to add, as far as i could tell, the game looked and played exactly the same. crunchysuperman #2 Posted July 8, 2005 Didn't Activision do something like that for it's international carts?
oesii #3 Posted July 8, 2005 One of the thrift stores I have gotten things from uses the same stickers for pricing. Like green dots for $3, red for $5, etc. Looks exactly the same sticker that I've seen on dozens of carts
Mindfield #4 Posted July 8, 2005 Didn't Activision do something like that for it's international carts? 888334 They put a round "N" sticker (to signify NTSC) on their International Edition (Canadian) carts.

Spirantho #6 Posted July 11, 2005 (edited) Err... actually, that's the ultra rare 'green circle edition'. I've got a box full of er.. games for only $50 each if you're interested... (quickly hides pack of green circular labels bought from supermarket) Edit: OK, how do you do tiny text on this board? ataricharles #7 Posted July 11, 2005 I used those green dots at the last few swap meets I've gone to to signify different price levels. I really like them because they don't permanently stick to paper labels or the plastic casing.
Albert #8 Posted July 14, 2005 I have a ton of M Network carts and none of them have a small, green sticker on the end of the cart like that. However, I have seen stickers like these (and others along the same lines) applied by previous owners as well as stores. So I doubt it was applied at the factory. ..Al
