FND #1 Posted July 9, 2005 I just got my first Negative Seems this ebay user sirwaring bid on my auction in the last 4 seconds WON and then immediately left NEGATIVE saying NO THANKS. Checked his feedback and it seems he has just done this to 4 other sellers on the same day. Seems very strange since he had a 151 feedback so I am sure he knows how feedback should be used. Noticed he received his first negative recently and this may be his way of pay back. Looks like he bids on video games and sports cards so if you sell any of these items BLOCK THIS USER sirwaring FND
Chickybaby #2 Posted July 9, 2005 If possible file a complaint on EBay. Not that it does much good. If he's done this before you could always try and contact the other people to see what action they have taken. Good luck!
nik #3 Posted July 9, 2005 What the hell? "no thanks"? He can't do that! Did he pay for his item? You're damn rights you can get your neg removed, and his account suspended! He has to be unhappy with the item when he receives it, or get no response for you, or have a VALID reason for giving you that negitive, and if hes doing that all over the place, ebay will suspend him, what a joke! Report him right away as a bad payer!

Good luck! 888910[/snapback] I did file for the feedback removal on the grounds he bid on this item with no intent to buy but only for the sole purpose of leaving a negative. Also included the other information on the other sellers he just did this to but knowing how caring EBAY is I do not expect any response. Thanks for the good wishes FND

Dones #6 Posted July 9, 2005 People find pleasure in many things, but screwing up other people never seems to gets old. The guy sounds like those anti-social players at an multiplayer game that, knowing he is going to get kicked anyways, plows on his intent to go down in flames while ruining the experience for all until his permanent ban from moderators. txsizzler #9 Posted July 10, 2005 I have added him to my block list too.. it appears to me that his account may have been stolen, and someone else is doing this crap (being that he does have alot of other feedbacks). I do hope that eBay gets to the bottom of this. All negs that he put on other peoples accounts should be removed.
yuppicide #10 Posted July 11, 2005 He's NARU'd. I hope you got your neg removed. Look he's from New Jersey. I wonder where.

They can remove comments but until the recent announcement of chances to the feedback system are actually made flesh as it were, they won't do a thing about removing the actual mark against your rating. FND #15 Posted July 16, 2005 (edited) I am truly amazed Ebay reset my feedback back to 100% . They just emailed me to let me know Edited July 16, 2005 by FND
Mindfield #16 Posted July 16, 2005 Nice! I'm guessing they must have discovered that the guy's account was hacked and so changed everyone's feedback he negatively impacted back to the way it was. I guess once in a while they do know what they're doing...
hattg #17 Posted July 20, 2005 Be careful about posting someones info anywhere on the web. If they find out and tell EBay, you can get booted. A guy I work with did it on his web site, and the guy told EBay, and they were going to boot him unless he removed it. EBays policy is that all the info is their property and you can't just do whatever you want with it. Just a heads up.
