Dr Galaga #2 Posted July 16, 2005 I saw those at another forum - pretty cool pictures. So, how many Computer Spaces can you find?

Lunchbox11000 #5 Posted August 17, 2005 I read somewhere that those photos were found in a dumpster.
spacecadet #6 Posted August 17, 2005 I read somewhere that those photos were found in a dumpster. 912986[/snapback] Probably on the first page of the set I like the photos with people in them. That's what really dates these, those hairstyles and fashions. Otherwise arcades like this actually still exist (there's still at least one here in NYC, with tons of classic games)... though some of these machines do look quite a bit newer than I've seen them in a while. Lord Helmet #7 Posted August 17, 2005 Man, I miss places like that.
joeybastard #8 Posted August 17, 2005 I'll be damned if those pics don't look a lot like the arcade that was in Sunrise Mall in Massapequa Long Island when I was a kid. I can't remember any Computer Space in that one but everything else seems identical. I wonder if TimeOut Tunnels all looked the same?
maibock #9 Posted August 17, 2005 Man, how frickin' inviting do some of those pictures look? I'm convinced if you opened up something like that with the same games, atmosphere and contests, you'd have a pretty successful place.. I would put money on it
