Odd Popeye cart?

Center of the picture. It says Popeye, and the cart appears to be showing a screenshot of the pirate ship level. It's definitely a Parker cart, and looks to be the same size as a standard 2600 or Colecovision cart, but that's no Popeye label I've ever seen.

It's clear now what it is. Original owner cut this out of the Parker Bros Catalog The cart does have a Parker Bros logo on back side. I guess the original was lost.

Ah, now it makes sense. It's ghetto, but at least it's better than a piece of paper with "Popeye" scribbled on it with a sharpie. :-)
