Centipede in a baggie

I have a Centipede cartridge, still sealed in a baggie:

Its the only one I've ever seen. It's Australian (it's a PAL cart) and has a price sticker for Fitzgeralds for AU$19.99. Has anyone else seen/got any of these? I'm curious as to what titles were released like this.

That's interesting. It's the first one I have seen. It makes sese that Atari would do that trying to liquidate extra stock. Boxes are expensive to manufacture, and also to ship compared to the baggies like that.
