saving/downloading memory card saves

Which of the modern systems have commercially available memory card / PC connection tools? What are the brand names, do they work well?

 

As I get older, I find I have less and less time for busting up unlockables...especially unlockables for multiplayer games, where one person has to become an expert in single player in order to maximize the content available. But I've never bought one of these before...

I recall liksang selling a memory card for both PS2 and Gamecube that had 64MB and could be hooked to your PC through a USB port. Places like gamefaqs had saves readily available for this device but I am not sure if they still carry it anymore.

Have the Dexdrive, made by GameShark.

 

I have good experiences with the Action Replay for modern systems. Dex Drive also works very well.
