Actually, it is an Arcadia clone, but not Hanimex. It's a German Poppy MPT-03. There's a page describing the difference between the various Arcadia systems and clones.

 

The model number of Auto Race (MG-320) tipped me off. It was also the only Arcadia clone that had Crazy Climber.
