+Omegamatrix #1 Posted August 8, 2005 I got a 2600 4 switch woody in the mail today and it came with the box. Why does the picture on the box show a 4 switcher with molding like a heavy sixer? Are they all like this? The system I got is just like any other 4 switcher with the angled molding, but the picture on the box most definitely has molding like that of a heavy sixer. I couldn't find any scans of system boxes on AA.

Was probably a lot cheaper than making a whole new box.

They only time they actually re-shot the box art was for the "vader" model -- that does actually show a real vader. All prior models showed some odd variant of the "heavy" set. I swear I had the same shirt as the kid pictured above the right joystick.
2600 reasons my rent's not paid #6 Posted August 9, 2005 I just got my first box in the mail today - it's a vader. I wonder why the cartridge in the console has the end label blacked out...Are the non-vader boxes the same?

Perhaps though your cart turned to the dark side of the Atari.
