Hey awsomo do you have the PDF or text version of Game Genie's SNES code book? I remember when Galoob was still around, they had a GG website where they had both NES and SNES code books available for download as a separate PDF. Sure wish I had kept a copy.

What I mainly want right now is the game genie for snes.

But that will come in handy...

I think I have one of those too... I'd have to dig a bit (which could take a while - getting rid of stuff has never been one of my highest priorities).

:ponder: In fact, since I bought the game genie from a friend in a hefty lot of SNES junk, I don't think I have ever actually used the thing. :P

[edit]

Well, I went ahead and looked where I thought it might be and don't see it (Anything to postpone picking up rotten apples a few more minutes :P ). Now that I think about it, I think that someone chose the game genie as a prize for a contest I held here a while back. :ponder: Sorry. :(

Thanks for the link, but all that there is there are instruction booklets and some coupon offers. The actual pdf of the code book is almost impossible to find. I have seen these scans before but the one for the code books are completely elusive. Maybe no one bothered to save these when the Galoob website was still around (or no one cares to share them). Although you can get most codes from other websites, nothing is as complete as those two files (not to mention the convenience of having the complete library of codes for your personal perusal).

Not the PDF, but I found the text files. Unfortunately, every way I've tried to save them so far has screwed up the formatting. :P

[edit] Or what CPUWIZ posted works too... LOL, I didn't refresh the thread before I posted. :P

Hmm, the web archive? Excellent. The text loses formatting in notepad, but displays ok with Wordpad and Word.

Long ago I saw some one with one of those codebooks. If Id have known they were so hard to find i would have been more interested.

The game genie I gave away (if that's what happened to it) had a codebook. I don't know that they are really rare... I think the codes on the site (txt or pdf) were more updated than the actual codebook that came with the game genie.
