Blackjack #1 Posted August 28, 2005 What classic gaming products have you bought that you are just really satisfied with. You know, after some time, you still feel like it was money really well spent. I was thinking this while playing arcade games tonight on my Slik Stik Classic. I was playing: Toobin, Trog, Ribbit, Tapper, Timber, Quantum, Rastan. What a great investment. A couple other things I bought (through Atari Age) that I'm totally happy with are the Stelladapter and the Krokodile Cart. Both items worth every penny and then some. Lord Thag #2 Posted August 28, 2005 I've yet to buy a homebrew from AA that I don't like and think was worth the money. In particular, Star Fire and Thrust + were well worth the dough. I certainly don't regret spending $100 on a Vectrex and some games. Heck, I like it better than my Gamecube.

madmjennifer #6 Posted August 28, 2005 The metal shelves that support the bulk of my collection No, seriously, I think my best classic gaming investment was the wireless NES and SNES controllers made by Messiah. Plus, they come with a cute lunchbox carrying case.

Jess Ragan #8 Posted August 28, 2005 Oh, wow... this is a great question! I think I've gotten the most action satisfaction from the Nintendo Entertainment System, the 2600, and the Vectrex. I really loved the Amiga Powr Stick when I was a kid, but I'm not sure how well it's held up twenty years after the fact. Twenty years? Damn, it's hard to believe it's really been that long!
