Mindfield #2 Posted August 28, 2005 (edited) Are these your auctions? 'Cos I just won stuff from that seller. (Great shipping prices. ) Edited August 28, 2005 by Mindfield
CPUWIZ #3 Posted August 28, 2005 Jeez. I didn't even realize you were Danox. I just won stuff from you. Guess I got something else to try for now. [bid] 920083 He is not Danox, he is just pointing out the auction. I guess it's late.
Mindfield #4 Posted August 28, 2005 lol. I just edited my post when I realized he's bidding on one of Danox's auctions and thought to myself, "Why the hell is he bidding on his own auctions?" Yeah... it was a "duh" moment.
holygrailvideogames.com #5 Posted September 4, 2005 Okie Dokie #61 is up for grabs... ...... Okie Dokie ...... 920021 Over $100 and still more than 30 minutes left. I wonder how high this one will go since the high bidder has the top 2 highest bids.
video game addict #6 Posted September 4, 2005 Paying big bucks for homebrew LVAR seems like a waste. I say put that money towards a videolife or something.
AtariAger #7 Posted September 4, 2005 Paying big bucks for homebrew LVAR seems like a waste. I say put that money towards a videolife or something. 924715 LOL...I knew Wonder would wind up with this one!!! He has Video Life already and his, "or something's" list is very short now adays!!! Still...I didn't think it would go that high! This is a big difference! ...... Big difference ......
Mayhem #8 Posted September 4, 2005 Indeed... that's quite the difference. Though I didn't even pay the lower price for my copy of it a few months back...
video game addict #9 Posted September 4, 2005 Wow that was very high wasn't it! The seller you bought from AAer had another as well. He auctioned off two, several months apart. And that sinbomb fellow had one as well. I seem to recall one going into the $70 range but I thought less than $100 total.
Mayhem #10 Posted September 4, 2005 Mine was from "Sinibomb". Actually I'm probably getting it confused in terms of pouinds and $ here. I can't tell you at the mo what I paid for mine as the record I have for what I sent to him in payment is for the total of stuff I won (which was a boxed PAL Supercharger, complete Starpath Frogger PAL, Elevator Action, Okie Dokie, Combat 2 and Tetris 2600). Maybe I can have a proper look through all my archive emails tomorrow.
CPUWIZ #11 Posted September 4, 2005 I can't believe MegaManFan bumped this up so high. Bidding against Wonder007 is futile, everyone should know that by now.
dwh #12 Posted September 4, 2005 $280??!! At least I do not feel too bad about bumping it up to $89.
MegaManFan #13 Posted September 6, 2005 Actually I originally hoped to win it between $100 and $150, my first high bid was a "shadow bid" to give people the false impression that was as high as I'd go. I let it ride at $102.50 until the last minute and then spiked it at $275 thinking I'd grab it easy - but hey if wonder007 wants it that bad he can have it. I've got my AA copy so I can still play the game, I just wanted to own "the original homebrew" and I knew this was an authentic copy since I looked up the original owner's list and matched the name to the auction seller. With a 100% perfect feedback record to boot, it was worth taking the chance on some coin. The money I saved not winning goes towards a Lochjaw with manual. Mayhem #14 Posted September 6, 2005 Well I checked back in my records and I was getting confused; I got Tetris 2600 incredible cheaply, not Okie Dokie. The copy I won went for 78 GBP in the end, the most expensive item of the bundle I bought from Colin.
