rockman_x_2002 #26 Posted September 7, 2005 (edited) Good 32x games: Shadow Squadron Mortal Kombat II Kolibri Knuckles Chaotix Virtua Fighter Virtua Racing Deluxe (The best version of this game, bar none.) Spiderman: Web of Fire After Burner Space Harrier Darxide (good luck finding this one) Star Wars Arcade (well, I liked it...) 925007 I also liked Virtua Racing Deluxe and Knuckles Chaotix. I don't actually own the system, so I'm reduced to the emulation side (though I hope not for long). I did rent some games a time or two from a local mom-n-pop rental store... while they had them. While tinkering around with the emulation of the 32x, I'd also like to give props to an arcade title from Atari Games, T-Mek. I have the PC version, but the 32x edition is much more polished (to me). In fact, the PC version just acts really buggy, while the 32x version is just like the arcade game I played some years ago. So I would also like to submit T-Mek to that list. If you're into the multiplayer Battlezone-like games hyped up on steroids, then you'll probably enjoy T-Mek. And I think we all know that the best use of the 32x(or any relatively modern hardware) is to recreate an arcade machine some 2 decades older and a fiftieth as powerful. JB #29 Posted September 8, 2005 Besides which, TMek has Battlezone hidden in it. 926598 Oh yeah? Do tell, do tell!! 927149 I'd have to look it up. I only remember seeing the code in a GamePro way back when I was young and stupid and believed GamePro was worth reading. *pokes GameFAGs* This is from an FAQ about a late revision of the arcade version. May not apply to the home version. And it's more involved than I remembered. "SAURONS/HIDDEN FINALE: In the Storm Rift, Alien Nest, and Stone Web is lurking the star of another one of TWI/Atari's hot new games: SAURON of PRIMAL RAGE! In the Storm Rift, he hides in a secret canyon behind a false wall in the left side of the squared-off nook. In Stone Web, he lurks behind a false wall in one of the outer wall's gentle bends. In the Alien Nest, you must blow away a bunch of the thin tubes to find a passage between the Watchers (those eye stalks that encircle the arena). If you blast all three Saurons and then kill Nazrac, you will (after the credits) enter a new arena that fans of Atari classics will be sure to recognize. In any case, it is the way to stay on *top* of the high score screen!"
