If your bulbs don't have any type info printed on or stamped into them, visit the website of a supplier such as Chicago Miniature Lamp and check their downloadable .pdf files to find the type number. Once you know the type you can get some from them or search online for another supplier (Mouser, Digi-Key, Jameco, etc.)

I've been wondering this as well, as my dart board has about 2/3 of the light bulbs burnt out. I'll check them out as well!

Just use your voltmeter to figure what voltage you are running. 6.3V AC is common as is 12V DC and 5V DC (thats after a few cold ones, so I could be off a bit). Bottom line, get a replacement for whatever you have voltage-wise and you should be good to go. MCMinone.com used to have their catalog online, and you could get a part number. Most bulbs are available locally, between a Lowes or a Radio Shack. You pay more, but instant gratification.

I've been able to buy every bulb I need at NAPA Auto Parts. If they don't stock it, they can have it next day. If you don't know what bulb you need, bring in the dead one and they can match it up for you.
