Tanukitsune
Is bigger better? Probably not... The creator even made several working giant Game Boy cartridges as well! Edited September 28, 2005 by Tanukitsune

Stingray
Yes they did, although they were larger than that iirc. -S
JB
Yes they did, although they were larger than that iirc. -S 939445[/snapback] They were also non-functional. There was an actual Gameboy sticking out the front that you used. ... The screen on the big display stands may've been a TV tied to the GB, though
gulag picture radio
I have one of the Game Boy display units that you describe ( I don't have any photos handy, but I did post a picture a year or so ago on AA). An actual Game Boy sticks out the front of a Game Boy styled cabinet. There is a bunchf of circuitry inside to route the GB's LCD output to a built in television. The TV even has a green filter in front of it so that it will look like the GB's pea-green display. It's a nice piece, but it'll need some TLC on the cabinet. Yet another project that will have to wait til I move into a bigger place... I can hardly wait til I have it set up next to my Dreamcast store kiosk, Carnevil standup arcade game, and Cleopatra pinball. I'll bet my friends that are storing all this crap for me feel the same way.

Famicoman
They had one of those in T&T. It was cool. They got it to play Halo.
