superjudge3 #1 Posted October 9, 2005 I've got 9 still shrinkwrapped Intellivision games, in perfect condition. Could someone give me an idea as to how much they're worth? Tron: Maze-A-Tron Tron: Deadly Discs Sub Hunt Utopia Royal Dealer Advanced D&D: Treasure of Tarmin Armor Battle Sharp Shot Star Strike Thanks
christianscott27 #2 Posted October 9, 2005 honestly not as much as you might think, the games are commons and boxed intv stuff isnt hard to come by. the unopened factor only adds a little because the intv collecting scene isnt very large to begin with. i could be wrong but i'd say no more than $5 a game. now if they were sears telegames
spacecadet #3 Posted October 9, 2005 i could be wrong but i'd say no more than $5 a game. 945114[/snapback] I think that's about right, although you never know if you post them on Ebay. But even the stupidest/richest bidder I don't think would go higher than $10. $5 is probably closer, though. "new, shrinkwrapped" just generally doesn't mean much anymore because there's no way to prove it's true. The only way it means anything is if it's coming from a really reputable seller or it has, to use the parlance of antique dealers, "provenance". If you can trace the history of the game for the seller and sort of prove where it came from, then you can more easily convince people that something is really new. But even if these are new, they're pretty much all the most common games for the system. I don't think these would be too tough to find new even today if you just waited around a while. I'm sure I've seen these same games listed as new/shrinkwrapped on ebay at one time or another, and you see them boxed and in mint condition dozens of times a day. superjudge3 #4 Posted October 9, 2005 I didn't think they were worth more than $10 at most. Thanks guys!
superjudge3 #5 Posted October 10, 2005 Would $75 for all of them sound unreasonable?
holygrailvideogames.com #6 Posted October 10, 2005 I think that you would be lucky to get $30 plus shipping for that lot. These titles just don't bring any interest from collectors.
superjudge3 #7 Posted October 10, 2005 (edited) Damn. Looks like I'll just keep them for myself then. Thanks man! Edited October 10, 2005 by superjudge3

Lord Helmet #9 Posted November 1, 2005 Wish it was as easy to find boxed 2600 games as it is to find boxed Inty ones. Seems like most Inty owners kept their stuff boxed since most games were in gatefold boxes, with a place for the overlay, manual, and cart.
