Insertion fees for Auction-Style and Fixed Price listings will be revised as reflected in the fee table below on eBay.ca, eBay.com and eBay Motors.

 

I really hate the way they do it right now. It's all a rebate-type system now; pay full now, get reimbursed "sometime" in November.

 

I still haven't gotten the rebates for the last to promos I took advantage of.

I saw how eBay is doing the rebate promo. It appears to be only open to Canadian residents. It will be a great deal for all of you up North as long as eBay does give the rebate.

last time it was suggested that you log on to ebay.ca and it will work. Has anyone from the US done this and had positive results?

Im from the usa & just logged in to ebay.ca & now all my listings show ca dollars besdies us dollars. I am going to list an item & see what happens. Guess I wont know until november

I just noticed the section below the table of fees:

 

Who is Included?

All Canadian residents who list their items on eBay.ca, eBay.com or eBay Motors will be eligible for the promotion.

 

So my guess is you have to be registered as being from Canada, though Canadians can list on eBay.ca, .com, or eBay motors and still recieve the rebate.
