Commodore 64 Freeze Frame

My brother found this Freeze Frame screen dump cart by Cardco for the Commodore 64 a while back. In a hard plastc case with a disply card but no instructions except for the dip switch settings for printer configuration and enabling the freeze frame function.

 

I was looking for a Commodore rarity guide but only found a 1999 Commodore cart count listing that says H&P as the company who made it--and no known carts of it. Anyone know of any other Commodore rarity guides?
