+Random Terrain #3 Posted November 3, 2005 bjk7382, I think you just got kicked in the nuts (by way of the Internet). But look, you're on TV! The hidden camera is over there. No, not there, there.

Lord Helmet #5 Posted November 3, 2005 I find it amazing that some people still don't know about emulation I still remember when I discovered MAME. talk about nostalgic arcade game heaven. I was simply blown away. It was like a huge chunk of my childhood...back to life! Got even better when I built my MAME cabinet

Rybags #7 Posted November 6, 2005 Aside from MAME, there's also RAINE, Zinc, Modeller and dozens of other emulators. http://www.retrogames.com is a good starting point for getting into arcade emulation. Finding ROM images is another issue. There are plenty of sites around but many don't have up to date ROMs which work with later MAME builds. I recently aquired the full MAME set, with ROMs, cabinets, flyers etc. it comes it at around 40 gig of disk space.
