smf_4ever #1 Posted April 26, 2002 Has anyone had this problem or know of this problem.. oh.. contrary to the subject.. i would NEVER hurt my cuttle cart.. i love my cuttle cart.... oh.. where was I.. Ahh.. Using the cuttle cart and making these .bins to .wav's.. Thwocker only gives ma a black screen.. could this be due to it being a unfinished proto?? and.. is the Dbl Dragon that is on this site a NTSC? I made that a .wav and after it loads.. the screan does the vertical problem that PAL games have.. Thanks.
Eckhard Stolberg #2 Posted April 27, 2002 The Thwocker ROM was released after the Cuttle Cart transfer software, so it's bankswitching type can't be detected automatically. If you are using Playbin, you can set the bankswitching type dropdown box to "FE - Activision 8K", and it should work. For Makewav there are command line switches to reach the same goal, but I don't remember the proper syntax right now. The Double Dragon ROM that is floating around the net is the PAL version, so it might cause problems when played on a NTSC VCS. Mr. Sega Genesis #4 Posted April 30, 2002 Awww... I thought there was going to be a fight here. A man vs. a Cuttle Cart, that is SO unfair. GO CUTTLE CART!!!
