I bought this two weeks ago, and recieved it quite promptly (and it's a very nice camera, too). Now I just discovered he's been NARUed.

 

Looks like I got it just in time.

Probably just owes ebay some money or something. I would doubt that seller built up 10,000+ positive transactions just to pull off a scam.

True -- it just sets me on edge a little when things like this happen. I mean, it arrived within a few days which was good (though it seriously smelled like peppermint -- which I suppose sort of fits with the season and all), but had it not and I started to get concerned I'd have been even more worried when I saw this.

 

I hope he resolves things though -- he seems like a good seller though, even if his shipping rates are a bit high (though he uses UPS so I guess it's about par for the course) -- I was thinking of picking up another one for a Christmas present.

It's quite sweet, I must say. I've been pining after this model for the last year.
