2-in-1 Game for Genesis

Does anyone know about a 2-in-1 game for the Genesis that has BALLOON BOY and FUNNY WORLD as the games? I'm not seeing any information about it (other than it is NTSC) anywhere but have the opportunity to buy it along with a BATTER UP SEGA GENESIS BASEBALL GAME BAT CONTROLLER. I never knew this existed either.

 

What do you think? It it worthwhile pursuing?

That's a pretty bizarre looking package. The online rarity guide at Digital Press says that it's only a rarity 4, only worth $10. And they said the games were dull.

Terrible games. I believe that they were released by some HK company at the time of the Majesco Genesis 3 launch. If you are getting them ULTRA cheap, then pick them up, otherwise, skip it.
