Advance Wars - New game starting 1/10/06

Apparently you can play through your web browser - Haven't tried it yet, but started a private 4 player game -

password = skooch

 

Not sure if turns are daily or as soon as someone moves.. Looks like fun though

Sorry.. normally I would, but I've played just too much Advance Wars these past few years. And now, I'm revisiting after what seems like a decade... Nectaris/Military Madness again. I'm just about done with the TG16 version (although I beat it several times.. the years have a way of making you forget it.. which is cool ) and will soon move onto Neo Nectaris cd.

 

I just can't jump between the two because I'll end up trying to use the Surround Effect (and Support Effect) in Advance Wars and we all know that it just doesn't play that way

What does the "Set Draw" command mean?

Calls the game a draw. I clicked on it, then unclicked it. Other players have to agree to call the draw.

Well, Looks like I'll be a turn behind!

Yeah I'm also learning things as we go, I think we all are. I had one tank get hit and go from 10 to 9 and then I was trying to get another tank at 10 past him when I noticed that I could combine the two. Thinking I'd have a massive force of 19 on one square I went ahead and combined, it only went back to 10 Thus basically losing a tank..

My understanding of Advance Wars is that you can't go over a force of 10, and if you join over 10, the remaining amount gets pro-rated as additional funds which get added to your fund total.

 

BTW, it looks like one of us may have inadvertently ended our 2 player game.

Well that's odd - I completed my turn like normal and it said it was your turn - Now it says completed game, but it hasn't registered as a win or lose for either of us. Do you have any options available?
