Varan #1 Posted May 12, 2002 I have 111 Atari games in a box at my mom's house... 3000 miles away. It's an objective of mine to get them when I go home. I never realized some of the games I have are considered rare. I have both Quadrun and Swordquest Waterworld. Obelix too. Also, I have a game that's not listed on this site. Airlock. I thought maybe I was remembering incorrectly, so I checked e-Bay and there are 3 copies of it for sale atm.
Albert #2 Posted May 12, 2002 Hi Varan, and welcome to AtariAge! Airlock is listed here, how were you trying to search for it? ..Al
Varan #3 Posted May 12, 2002 I think I overlooked it on the main list. I see it now after all those hyphens... I originally followed the pub link from Entombed because I thought they were same.

Varan #6 Posted May 12, 2002 No, I didn't save boxes or manuals. I was a little kid when I got all those. Collecting practices didn't occur to me then. When I talk to my mom tomorrow, I'll have to verify the stuff is still up there. You know how mom's can be... Oh, we sold that at yard sale. So maybe someone else has my Quadrun already. Varan #7 Posted May 12, 2002 Oh, btw, Quadrun was available in stores for sure. I was never a member of any Atari club. It was one of the last games I got. There was a department store by my house called Boscov's and one day a whole bunch of Atari games dropped from $9.99 to .99. I'm pretty sure that's when I picked it up. Mountain King #11 Posted May 12, 2002 Quick, someone call Varan's mom and see if she has any "old" stuff she wants to get rid of.
ATARIPITBULL #12 Posted May 12, 2002 Welcome to Atariage. Do you have Waterworld complete in the box? or just the cartridge.

Chris++ #14 Posted May 13, 2002 Actually, Varan, these guys are kinda misleading you. Quadrun and WaterWorld aren't really worth anything. At the most, you'll be able to get rid of them for a couple bucks apiece. But I like to welcome new people here, so I'll tell ya what: Just send me the cartridges, and I'll be glad to send you a nice, crisp twenty dollar bill. Hey, don't thank me; it's the least I can do for a fellow classics enthusiast. (Hey, a guy can dream, can't he?) CF
