PAL games that were never released in NTSC form

Recommended Posts

I think that all the games released in 1990 were only pal releases.

Atari in the USA stopped releasing games in 1989.

Klax is an PAL only release i think. CX26192

I got a bid on it for a mint Klax right now but i am not telling where. Don't want to lose it.

Sounds like HES PAKS, cartridges where more games on it. They came from Autralia, and they are PAL only. But every single game on them are release too in USA.

Here some games I know, or I think.

Acid Drop,

Asterix (only as Prototype release in USA),

Fatal Run,

Klax (too only as Prototype),

Motorodeo (I think),

All games from: TechnoVision.

Some from:

Bitcorp,

ITT Family Games,

Home Vision.

And maybe some more. See on GameReset for more infos about PAL games.

Yes, but most Quelle games are the same as some NTSC games, but only with diffrent name.

Der moderne Ritter = Fast Eddie,

Die Ente und der Wolf = Pooyan,

Dschungel Boy = Pitfall,

Eishockey-Fieber = Ice Hockey,

Feuerwehr im Einsatz = Fire Fighter,

King Arthur = Dragonfire,

Labyrinth = Maze Craze,

Super-Ferrari = Enduro,

and some more. Only a few, where I don't know a NTSC version exist.

Hey Skatepunk,

I will mail you the newest list of PAL releases tomorrow.

BTW, I have seen several copies of Pac Kong on eBay UK just recently. Just FYI.

At least one NTSC dump of Pac Kong is floating around.

Good2600 calls it "Pac Kong (PAL)"

It displays 279 lines, therefore it can NOT be PAL. (odd lines -> no color on PAL)
