Yak_2288
Which version had built in games, without the need for games cartilages?
Skatepunk60
The pirate 2600 and the Tv boy had games built in and no need for carts
Noble Kale
well, apparently there is a space on the board for a rom (ie: combat) to be soldered in. unfortunately, this makes the 2600 a combat *only* console - there's no way to switch from the cart to the soldered in rom. As such, the 2600 didn't have a built in game (unless you count the pirates/clones)
AtariKen64
well the post said UR 2600 consoles, so i take that mean "unrelased" so in that case i would have no idea
Robbins1940
AFAIK the Atari 2600 never had a built-in game. Sure you don't mean the Atari 78000 which had Asteroids built-in. David
slapdash
The post also referred to "cartilages", which no Ataris use, and therefore the answer is moot.
Nukey Shay
"Cartilages" refer to those extremely common games that some people use to keep the furnature from wobbling. And "games cartilages" refer to the labels that get stuck to the floor from doing it". j/k
