This is not the Parker LOTR, but a (nice) homebrew text adventure (based on Dark Mage).

Ohh crap this isn't the parker bros version I don't want some homebrew. I guess I'll have to resell it on ebay. Does anyone sell the Parker Bros version with box and/or instructions?

This is a fraud and Buyatari failed for it. Still it IMO is a crime (at least according to eBay rules) and I wouldn't let him get away with this.

I emailed buyatari. Not sure what/if anything he can do, but this seller pisses me off.

Probably nowhere. I have done a conversion for Marc, but (for very good reasons) he didn't find the time to continue the project (yet!).
