Fixing old PC joysticks.

Is there any way to make two joysticks behave properly on a Y-adapter for a PC gameport? I just got two Kraft analog sticks in the mail from eBay and neither of them seem to work properly on a Y-cable. Individually both work just fine.

The problem is that Creative went and changed the design of the initial joyport to include MIDI.

 

However, I think there are hacks around to fix the problem.

 

In any case, I'd suggest spending a few dollars, and just going USB.
