anyone familiar with slot machines?

I recently bought a japanese slot machine from someone who didnt know much about it. there are a couple switches inside that im not sure what they do and was just wondering if someone here knew

the part with the mystery buttons:

The top arrow points to a push button, is this some kind of reset?

the other 2 are switches that have 2 positions..kinda like an on/off but not necessarilly on/off (hope that makes sense) the writing around them is all in japanese so im pretty much lost.

They are probably difficulty settings -- you can usually change the payout scale on those things through switches.
