Emerson Arcadia 2001 clone?

I have find a console & games (on cartridges) named "MI-800".

 

The console (and games) loook like the "ORMATU ELECTRIC BV"

But the name is "MI-800" and no other informations (i have box of the console, manual and games with manuals .... but no other information than "MI-800")

Do you know where i can find information about this console (MI800) ?

 

I'm italian and i that this is a clone of clone made in Italy or German (istruction are in english and german language).
